FALLS CLINIC
Falls can lead to serious injury, loss of confidence, and reduced independence—especially for older adults or those with
neurological or balance issues. At Pacific Coast Rehabilitation’s outpatient falls clinic, led by Dr. Jaffer, we focus on
identifying your specific fall risks and creating a personalized plan to improve strength, balance, coordination, and
mobility. Our goal is to prevent future falls, restore confidence, and help you move safely through daily life with greater
stability and peace of mind.
